Strategic mandate

Directed the end-to-end build-out and governance of a sovereign AI cloud programme within the NEOM environment and the wider KSA Vision 2030 context, holding financial governance across a SAR 550M multi-vendor portfolio spanning cloud engineering, cybersecurity, business operations and procurement.

• Led sovereign AI and cloud infrastructure delivery across Huawei Cloud Stack, NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD, Nutanix, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and hybrid-cloud environments.
• Directed cloud federation and Cloud Management Platform integration, establishing standardised governance and orchestration across private and public environments.
• Governed cybersecurity compliance programmes, achieving ISO 27001 and CSA Level 1 certification and directing NCA assessment and MBSS compliance activity.
• Re-engineered programmes exceeding SAR 150M into phased workstreams aligned to SAR 50M CAPEX approval thresholds, accelerating executive sign-off while maintaining roadmap integrity.
• Established and ran data centre and network operations during the programme's foundational phase, concluding with a continuity-assured handover to the permanent team.
