What is collected

This site collects personal data in one circumstance only: when you voluntarily complete the contact form. In that case the following is submitted by you and received by email:

• your name;
• your organisation, if you choose to provide it;
• your email address;
• the enquiry type you select;
• the content of your message;
• your confirmation of consent.

The form also submits two technical values used solely to reduce automated spam: a hidden field that should remain empty, and the time the form was rendered.

What is not collected

This site does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, profiling, or cookies for measurement. No third-party scripts run on these pages, and fonts are served from this domain rather than an external provider, so no request is made to any third party when you browse.

Why it is used

Information you submit is used only to read and respond to your enquiry. It is not used for marketing, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties except where the hosting or email provider necessarily processes the message in transit.

Lawful basis

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the address above.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained for as long as needed to handle the correspondence and any resulting professional relationship, and are deleted when no longer required.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to or restrict its processing, or request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server, and message content is transmitted by email to a single recipient address. No database of enquiries is maintained on this website.
